Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acs-Motion-Control SPii+NTM-32000004NNNS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Adept-Weidmuller-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Adept parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Adept product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Adept-Weidmuller-Motion such as the 3033012450 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TBXX manufactured by Adept and we are pleased to be able to service most Adept systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1031042100REVC by Manufacturer Adept as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Acurex-Kaye Brand 43157011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Adc such as DSX4H3HICM equipment made by Adc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Adc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Adc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KBE243014 made by Genesis as well as the popular H4T20L original spares produced by Advanced-Micro-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ADBF38060M by Contraves and DSX4H3HICM spares by Adc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 56383 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Acs-Technology-80.
